We put off LTC insurance for a long time because it seemed too complicated and expensive. Working with Chrystine made all the difference. I wanted to express how much Chrystine Doyle has gone "above and beyond" to help me with my Long Term Care Policy. My employer recently brought in ACSIA to consult with us / offer us the ability to purchase LTC Insurance through them. I already have a policy that I established from about 5 years ago, but I wanted to see what ASCIA offered, and compare. Not only did Chrystine confirm that what I currently have is a very good policy for me, but she went WAY BEYOND that to help me take a more in-depth look at the specifics my current LTC policy and make recommendations on it. Chrystine took considerable time and effort to help me make adjustments to my LTC policy in ways that would not compromise the integrity of it, yet could help lower my monthly payments (which have been very high) It is obvious to me that Chrystine knows her business well, and that she has the kind of caring and concern for others that strives to ensure they have the right kind of coverage they need. It is an EXTREMELY RARE thing to have someone exhibit such selfless concern that they would continue to help out a customer in this manner, especially once it has been determined that they will not be taking them on as a new customer themselves. After discussing many options with Chrystine, I decided that I would take out Med America because it gave me more options that I was interested in. The primary reason for me taking out long term care insurance was protecting the majority of my assets. I have money set aside for my retirement, and it is possible it would take care of me if necessary, but like any insurance, the possibility of needing it outweighs the cost. I don't want to lose my home, nor my cabin if I need long term care.

When we first started to look for LTCi, I was reluctant to do business over the internet. However, I thought I would give it a try and get some quotes. so after the initial contact with Chrystine, I checked with other agents. What I found was that Chrystine Was able to answer my questions better and faster than anyone els I spoke with. She was also able to show us side by side quotes viat the internet within a few minutes. Also, she was able to match us up with what I believe is the best company for our needs. I backed this up with research. Relative to the logistics of doing business over the internet as opposed to visiting an office, it was actually EASIER. I did not have to travel and Chrystine did all the heavy lifting. We hope we do not have to use this plan, but have peace of mind knowing the help and money will be there if we need it. Chrystine never pressured, she just explained. She was willing to repeat things that my overloaded brain could not absorb at one sitting. She also guided my to resource material so that I could answer my own questions.

Currently in my family, caring for my bedridden mother is my father's full time job and my sister's part time job on top of her other job. I do not want that for my children.
